  • Book in for a 60-minute session as a one-off or buy multiple sessions to be used as and when you need during a 3-month window

Strategy Touch Up

  • A 2-hour dedicated working session, with a little pre-work on both our parts so we can be laser focussed on what is most important to your business.
  • Pre-work questionnaire is sent for completion before our workshop, so I truly understand your goals and challenges
  • In parallel, I undertake my own research into your business, the market, target consumers, and competitors
  • During our 2-hour working session we will review the insights from the questionnaire and research to identify gaps and opportunities for your business.
  • Insight summary and workshop notes, and recommendations will be provided via email

  • Over 6 weeks, we will work together to create a robust brand and product strategy for your business, including a clear actionable plan
  • Pre-work questionnaire is sent for completion before our workshop, so I truly understand your goals and challenges
  • In parallel, I undertake my own research into your business, the market, target consumers, and competitors
  • 3x fortnightly 2-hour working session which consist of, Session 1: Review the insights from the questionnaire and research to identify gaps and opportunities for your business. Session 2: Create your unique value proposition, which is the foundation of your brand and product strategy. Session 3: Develop your product roadmap in line with your value proposition
  • Email support throughout the 6 weeks
